Three years ago someone recommended Sanders Plastering to me. At the time, I was experiencing a multitude of stucco cracks which had been patched and re-patched over the years by several local companies. Long story short, Jerry Sanders and his crew were the answer to my stucco problems. They did a terrific job at a reasonable cost and when they were finished, my house looked like it did the day it was built and still does. Quite frankly, I don’t know why anyone would use someone other than Sanders Plastering for their stucco work in northern Arizona. When you have what I think is the best in the business working for you, there is no need to look any further.

Sanders Plastering did a fantastic job on our home in the Village of Oak Creek. We researched several companies and decided on Sanders because of the methods they use and pricing. When we accepted the bid, we were hoping but did not know they would also have excellent communication and perform quality work. Supervisors Lazaro and Edwardo kept their team members busy and happy. Manager, Brian, was in constant communication with us and if we called him, he promptly returned our call. The work on our home was completed during winter rains; it was never rushed and was only completed when the weather was acceptable. All procedures were explained and Sanders Plastering was very fair on the extra work we requested. After two contractors did a lousy job on the stucco of our home, we found Sanders Plastering Systems. They treated us like a member of their family and explained what went wrong and the extra measures they would take to repair our home the way it should have been done. At first, we were only going to have them do part of the house, but as we saw their work ethic, we had them redo the entire house so that we would know we had the best company right then to avoid future repairs.

As you know, the home we recently purchased had a lower end stucco job performed when it was originally built. The treatment you performed transformed our house into something we can be proud of. The Senergy product that you used on our exterior walls appears to be top quality and I am sure we can look forward to many years of maintenance free living.
I can’t say enough about your employees; they are hard working, courteous, professional and very accommodating. I have never seen a better crew in action. I would like to commend them in the way that they prepared the house before beginning the applications; all windows and doors were covered with plastic and securely taped, as were all other external electrical boxes and ventilation grills. All sidewalks, patios and garage surfaces were protected with plastic and/or rubber matting. I have never seen better prep work. The crew worked as a team with all members knowing what needed to be done when, consequently no wasted time and effort. When the applications were complete, the crew cleaned up everything including the windows and even took away some of my yard trimmings.
As you know, we have already arranged for Sanders Plastering Systems to do additional jobs around the house for us and we know that they will be carried out with the same care and professionalism.

Once we made the decision it was best to re-surface/re-stucco our home rather than simply repair and repaint (a process that probably would need to be repeated every few years), we interviewed three companies, all of whom came highly recommended. In addition to the price bid, it was extremely important to us how we were treated, from the first time we called, to showing up at the agreed upon appointment time, as well as sending the written estimate when promised. To us, this was a strong indication of their approach to business and how responsive they would be if they got the job. It also was important that we felt both comfortable with, and a connection to the people we selected because they would be on site for weeks, not just days.
Of the three, SPS was the only one with a dedicated office manager, Linda, enabling Jerry to concentrate in the field. Receiving a timely callback or email response was key to us, because we have neither the patience nor the time to make repeated calls to get an answer we need or want.
Our project took nearly five weeks. Besides the quality of the product and workmanship, what impressed us most was how everyone worked as a team, never seeming stressed, doing whatever it took and watching each others back, to how well SPS coordinated the arrival of supplies and navigated our challenging driveway and the extreme care SPS took removing and replacing our possessions, treating them like they were their own.
A repair of this magnitude was new to us, and SPS always listened to our concerns, regardless of how minor they appeared and went above and beyond to find solutions when situations arose.
Even after the project was completed and we had follow up questions, SPS considered our queries a priority and always responded promptly.
We are extremely pleased with our decision to use SPS and would definitely recommend them to others, which we have already done.

We’d like to express our appreciation for the great job you did on the whole house stucco upgrade this year.
We were impressed from the start with the effort you put into looking over the project and your attention to detail in making sure that you’d covered all of our concerns and questions.
The prep work was impressive, although we were overwhelmed at first with the amount of pre work, scaffolding and the number of workers that descended upon us to get it going.
We liked your attention to detail in fixing the numerous cracks that had become apparent in the 10 year old original old style stucco and particularly in the careful way your guys fixed the parapets and double applied the mesh and base coat. It was more than comforting to see later on after the work had been completed, how the guys had paid as much attention to the total job and quality of finish on the insides of the many parapet sections which are completely out of sight unless you go up on the roof.
The finish coat was exactly as you had described and it was more than interesting to see how expertly your guys applied and finished it off. Their finishing and cleaning up work at the end was excellent.
Thanks again for the first class job, which not being the lowest price for the work, was certainly the best we have seen and well worth the expenditure to preserve and enhance our home. We have received many welcome compliments from neighbors who watched the whole process unfold while taking their morning or evening walks through the neighborhood.
